Mindfulness is being fully aware. It is being aware of the full range of experiences that exists in the present moment, without judgment. The gift of mindfulness is the transformation of ‘everyday’ life into an experience of joy, peace and wonder.
In this session, through experiential exercises you will experience the miracle of mindfulness and be able to bring the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life.
These exercises include:
• mindfulness sitting meditation,
• mindfulness walking meditation,
• mindfulness body scan,
• mindfulness eating and other daily activities
Benefits of Mindfulness:
- Development of a stronger “Observing Self“, thus being able to defuse our negative emotions and thinking into an acceptance that is as open and spacious as possible.
