The Miracle Of Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

In this workshop, through experiential exercises of mindfulness, sitting and walking meditation, mindfulness body scan and a series of mindfulness activity, you will experience the miracle of mindfulness and be able to bring the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life.
