Mindfulness is being fully aware. It is being aware of the full range of experiences that exists in the present moment, without judgement. The gift of mindfulness is the transformation of ‘everyday’ life into an experience of joy, peace and wonder.
In this session, through experiential exercises of mindfulness, you will experience the miracle of mindfulness and be able to bring the benefits of mindfulness into your daily life.
These exercises include:
- mindfulness sitting meditation,
- mindfulness walking meditation,
- mindfulness body scan,
- mindfulness eating and other daily activities
