What is Relationships Constellations?

Relationships Constellatons have been introduced to family therapy by Virginia Satir (1916 – 1988), and further developed by Bert Helinger using the phenomenological method. This development was based on the philosophy that deviation in families cannot be attributed to a single member only but is always related to the entire system.

This remarkable, powerful process can be used to untangle the many levels of subtle, hidden webs that operate within systems (individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities). It is especially useful in helping to resolve difficult problems not accessible by other means.

Relationships Constellations Work addresses a variety of issues including:
