A workshop for all who are keen, especially volunteers and therapists in voluntary organizations This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to develop insight to your values, strengths and challenges and empower you on your journey. If you are a therapist or a volunteer, working with clients and volunteering require you to be truly present and aware of the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship and how you contribute within the community. In order to be at your best, it requires you to be attentive to your own wellbeing and mindful of the needs of the clients and the team. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation.

About the Speaker
Lynn Macwhinnie continues to spend at least 20% of her time each week working in a voluntary capacity. Over the past 35 years these roles have included couple therapist, school co-ordinator, event-planner, fund-raiser, Chair of the Association for Counselling at Work, Editor of Counselling at Work, Board member & Trustee of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, Home Vice-President of the Association for Coaching, Founding AC Head of Accreditation, Mentor to Bach Practitioners, Supervisor to Executive Coaches and managing a community café… the list goes on..
