Sound has been used as a healing force for thousands of years.

Today we are beginning to rediscover how important sound and music are for us. Modern science now supports the ancient belief that all matter comes from vibration or sound. Physicists have found that the physical world is made up of vibrating energy.

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.

Sound Healing can be transmitted to a person in a number of ways :-

• Through using their own voice
• Through using their voice with other voices
• Through listening to another person’s voice or a number of voices
• Through listening to music
• Through listening to instruments

About The Trainer

Hwee San is a Trained Counsellor, Spiritual Teacher and Healer. She is also an Usui Reiki Master. She had formal training as a Counsellor in a Counseling Center for 6 years and has since, for more than 10 years, assisted over a thousand individuals to find insights, clarity and direction in their lives’ issues, awaken their Consciousness and connect with their Divine Life Purpose. Her highly intuitive and claircognizant abilities will assist in empowering you to live a life that represents the greatest vision you ever had about Who You Are.

Reiki Level I For Kids

Vita-Flex Therapy ~Hands On Session Using Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils

Dear Friends,
Come join us on Mon, 28 Mar 2011, 7.15pm-9.30pm for a hands-on session of Vita-Flex Therapy using Pure Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils.

Vita-Flex means “vitality through the reflexes.” It is a specialized form of reflexive massage that uses rolling and releasing motions to activate reflex points on the feet, hands, and various areas throughout the entire body. It’s a tremendous tool that assists the body in healing itself, and is particularity effective in delivering the benefits of essential oils throughout the body.

It is said to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago, long before acupuncture was developed, and perfected in modern times by Stanley Burroughs. It is based on a complete system of the internal workings of the body and the electrical circuitry inherent to the body.
