“Instead of becoming the world’s expert on Buddhism,
just let go, let go, let go.”
~ Ajahn Sumedho

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Are there times when you were attached to someone, something or some situation and experienced much pain and suffering ?

What is the wisdom behind letting go ?

What is the difference between letting go and giving up ?

How can letting go lead to spiritual progress and attainments?

“If you let go a little, you will have little happiness.
If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of happiness.
If you let go completely, you will be completely happy.”

~Ajahn Chah

“The world is impermanent. Countries are perilous and fragile,” said the Buddha in The Eight Great Awakenings Sutra.

Let’s come together to do a prayer session for the victims of the recent massive earthquake in Nepal, Buddha’s birthplace.

May all beings be well and free from suffering.

We shower everyday, but do you “cleanse” and “purify” your mind everyday?

We eat everyday, but do you feed your mind with “spiritual food” everyday?

Do you know how important and how beneficial it is to have daily Spiritual Practice and Homework?

In this session, we will be sharing the above and support you to have your own “customized” and “tailor-made” daily Spiritual Practice, that you will truly benefit from.

We look forward to your loving presence.

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be seated on the floor.
